What is the difference between Jobsearch and the Candidate Bank?  Jobsearch is utilised just like most on-line jobsearch facilities.  Once you've registered you can upload CVs, search for candidates, or advertise positions vacant.  The Candidate Bank is a quite separate facility and is managed and maintained by recruitment agencies who have top candidates they wish to promote, confidentially.  Employers may search the Candidate Bank (for a small fee) and if they locate a potential candidate can send an automatic email to the candidate's recruitment agency.

How do I register as an agency on the Candidate Bank so I can upload my top candidates?  Registering is a simple process, as you'll see if you click HERE.

How do I register as an employer on the Candidate Bank so I can search for potential candidates?  Registering is a simple process, as you'll see if you click HERE.  There is a small fee for registration as an employer, in order to protect the integrity of the process.

I am a candidate and would like to locate a new position without advertising my identity.  What can I do?  The first thing you need to do is to download the agency agreement which is HERE.  Take the agreement to your preferred agency (or use one of our recommended agencies HERE).  The agency can then interview you (and may ask you to undergo testing as well as reference checking if that is appropriate at this stage) and will then upload your information to the Candidate Bank, ensuring that no identifying information is used.

What is the Jobsearch facility for?  Jobsearch is utilised by candidates, agencies, and employers.  Users can upload CVs, search for candidates, or advertise job vacancies.

Is there a cost for the Candidate Bank?  The Candidate Bank is entirely free for candidates and recruitment agencies.  Should a candidate accept an offer of employment from an employer who has made contact via the Candidate Bank, there is a small fee of 5% of the agency's recruitment fee.  Employers pay a small fee of $55 per month to access the search function for the Candidate Bank.

Is there a cost for the Jobsearch facility?  We wanted to make the Jobsearch facility completely free, but realised nuisance participation would quickly follow!  Therefore there is a small fee of just $10 to place an advertisement for positions vacant.
