which is intended to become a World-Wide
People Bank.
The Candidate
Bank differs from the Jobsearch
facility on this site in that
anyone can place their CV on the
Jobsearch facility. In contrast,
the only way a candidate's information
can appear in the Candidate Bank is if
it is placed there by their employment
agency, with whom they must have a
written contract.
Although we're
making the process of recruitment far
easier for you, there is still no
short-cut, and no substitute for
comprehensive screening and analysis
of people. This is why we accept
for showcasing only those candidates
who have at the very least undergone a professional interview (live, phone or by webcam),
and in some cases even testing and
reference checking.
How the Candidate Bank Works

Candidates enter contract with
their preferred recruitment agency in
order to have their information
confidentially listed in the Candidate
Bank. If you are a potential
candidate, you will need to have been
professionally interviewed by your
agency, and to have completed your
sponsorship contract. (Click

this site to register to upload your
information.)

The recruitment agency uploads
information direct to the Candidate
Bank. (Click
HERE
if you are an employment agency and
would like to register FREE to upload
candidate information.)
If you are an
agency and your candidate accepts a
position offered by an employer who
has expressed interest via
RecruitmentHeaven.Com, your standard
recruitment fees will apply in order
to cover interviewing, testing and
reference checking. 5% of this
fee is payable by you to
RecruitmentHeaven.Com.

Employers or other recruiters
search the Candidate Bank to identify
potential employees. (Click
HERE if
you are an employer or recruiter who
would like access to search the
Candidate Bank.) There is a
small fee of $55 per month for the
search facility in order to protect
the integrity of the process.
When an employer or
other recruiter identifies a potential
candidate, they simply click on the
"express interest" button to send an
email to the recruitment agency who
has sponsored the candidate.
Complete Privacy
It is important to
note that no identifying
information is allowed. Thus the
privacy of the candidate is assured.

Recruitment Agencies
Only - Documentation
We provide full
documentation for you to work with any
candidates that you sponsor.
Your contract with
the candidate specifies that he/she
may not accept any offer of employment
from an employer who directly or
indirectly has located them from the
candidate bank
without payment to you of the recruitment fee.
This contract also specifies that if a
candidate is placed with an employer
or other recruiter after receiving an
expression of interest via
RecruitmentHeaven.Com, you will pay an
amount of 5% of the gross recruitment
fee to RecruitmentHeaven.Com.
